Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to the most common questions about the Sovereign Health Audit, our diagnostic approach, and the virtual care experience.

About the Program
We offer true precision longevity care — not just access to faster appointments. Our practice is built on deep diagnostics, gut-focused strategies, and scientifically validated longevity interventions to not only lengthen your lifespan, but to extend your health span . Everything is physician-led, data-driven, and designed for long-term results — not temporary fixes.
This program uses comprehensive gut assessment as the foundation, then integrates metabolic, epigenetic, and body composition data to create personalized interventions. Many clients are surprised to learn their gut health is the missing piece in their longevity optimization efforts.
This program is designed for high-achieving individuals and families who:
- Are serious about optimizing health span, not just treating disease
- Understand that premium health requires investment
- Want a physician-led approach backed by advanced diagnostics
- Value convenience and discretion (virtual-first model)
- Are frustrated with fragmented approaches to health optimization
- Have already tried conventional approaches and want deeper insights
Typical clients are successful entrepreneurs, executives, and families who want to maintain peak performance and extend their healthy years.
We integrate the systems-based thinking of functional medicine with the clinical rigor of evidence-based diagnostics and Gastroenterology. You’ll receive detailed root-cause analysis, but our protocols are grounded in peer-reviewed science and real-time data — not trends or guesswork.
Yes — our entire model is designed for private, high-level care from anywhere. We coordinate labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing through trusted partners or concierge services, including at-home options when possible. All consultations are conducted via secure video or phone.
We understand that high-achieving individuals have demanding schedules. That's why this program is designed for maximum convenience: virtual consultations mean no commute, and we offer evening and weekend availability specifically for executives and entrepreneurs who can't take time during traditional business hours. All communications are discrete and secure. Many clients appreciate the flexibility to connect outside standard 9-5 hours when they can focus without work interruptions. Your health optimization shouldn't require sacrificing your professional commitments.
No. This is a specialized longevity optimization program, not comprehensive primary care. LongevIQ GI is an additive layer of biological stewardship, not a replacement for your existing care team. You should maintain your relationship with your primary care physician for acute issues, preventive screenings, and general medical care. We strongly encourage you to continue routine cancer screenings like colonoscopy, mammograms, and other age-appropriate preventive care. This program complements your existing medical care by focusing specifically on healthspan optimization, advanced diagnostics not typically ordered in primary care, and personalized protocols to optimize biological aging. We coordinate with your other providers when appropriate.
Services & Testing
The audit covers six domains in a single, one-time engagement :
- Whole-body MRI
- Multi-cancer early detection (MCED)
- Gut microbiome sequencing
- Epigenetic age
- Cardiometabolic and metabolic panel
- Micronutrient and nutritional assessment
Every domain is included. Testing is coordinated by our team; most components can be completed locally or via at-home collection kits.
For families who continue beyond the audit, ongoing physician stewardship — including continuous monitoring — is available by arrangement.
We partner exclusively with top-tier, CLIA-certified laboratories and best-in-class imaging centers meeting the highest clinical standards. Advanced diagnostics like whole body MRI scans are interpreted only by board-certified radiologists. You receive the same quality of testing used by leading academic medical centers and longevity clinics, coordinated conveniently near you. We never compromise on diagnostic quality—accurate results are the foundation of effective protocols.
The audit itself includes a comprehensive physician-led assessment and a 90-day roadmap session — that's the engagement, start to finish.
For families who elect ongoing stewardship afterward, meeting cadence is set individually based on what's being monitored and is agreed upon directly with Dr. Banerjee. Secure messaging is available between consultations for questions that arise.
Consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing, accessible from anywhere you have internet. Testing is coordinated locally—we work with national lab networks and imaging centers, so you can complete testing near your home or while traveling. Some tests (epigenetic, gut permeability) use at-home collection kits shipped directly to you. This virtual model is designed for individuals with demanding schedules, multiple residences, or frequent travel. Your location never limits access to care.
LongevIQ GI is licensed to serve clients in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas. The virtual model means you can be seen anywhere within these three states, including across multiple residences.
If you reside elsewhere and are interested in working together, contact us — additional state licensing is evaluated based on client demand.
Yes — when evidence supports improved biological outcomes. While much of our work focuses on lifestyle, gut health, and targeted supplementation, we also offer access to therapeutic protocols and prescriptions aligned with longevity science (e.g., lipid optimization agents like statins, metabolic modulators like metformin, Gut specific therapeutics etc.) when supported by data. All prescribing decisions are data-driven, based on your biomarkers, genetic predispositions, and risk stratification—not protocol templates.
We do not prescribe controlled substances (narcotics, stimulants, benzodiazepines). This is intentional: longevity medicine prioritizes root-cause resolution and biological optimization—not symptomatic suppression. If controlled medications are needed, your primary care physician or specialist manages that component.
Pricing & Payments
The Sovereign Health Audit is $25,000, one-time — no membership, no long-term commitment.
For families who wish to continue beyond the audit, ongoing physician stewardship is available by arrangement, with terms discussed individually once the audit is complete.
No. This is a direct-pay practice, not billed through insurance. You pay the audit fee directly, which allows for a comprehensive, physician-led experience without the constraints of conventional care.
Potentially, yes. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can typically be used for medically necessary services, diagnostic testing, and treatments. Consult your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm eligibility, as rules vary by plan.
The Sovereign Health Audit is billed as a single one-time fee. Payment is arranged directly during onboarding.
For families electing ongoing stewardship, billing structure — including arrangements for multiple family members — is discussed individually as part of that engagement.
The Sovereign Health Audit is nonrefundable once scheduled. The fee reflects dedicated physician time, coordinated diagnostics, and reserved capacity committed on your behalf at the point of booking.
Getting Started
Contact us to schedule a private discovery call, where we'll discuss your goals and whether the audit is the right fit. If we move forward, you'll receive a service agreement and invoice. Once signed and paid, we schedule your comprehensive assessment, coordinate all testing, and begin building your 90-day roadmap.
The process from initial call to your first assessment typically takes 1–2 weeks.
The complimentary 15–20-minute discovery call is an opportunity for both of us to determine if the audit is the right fit. We'll ask about:
- Your health optimization goals
- What you've already tried (testing, protocols, providers)
- Your current health status and concerns
- Your timeline and expectations
We'll explain how the audit works and answer your questions. There's no pressure — this is about finding the right fit.
Most clients begin within 1–2 weeks of the discovery call, depending on scheduling availability. Given the personalized nature of the practice and limited client capacity, there may occasionally be a brief waitlist.
If you're ready to prioritize your longevity, we recommend scheduling a discovery call soon to secure your spot.
Because we intentionally limit our practice to a very small number of clients to ensure exceptional, personalized service, there may be a waitlist during high-demand periods. Current availability is discussed during your discovery call.
If there is a waitlist, you'll have the option to join it and will be contacted as soon as a spot opens.
Working Together
Less than you might think. The audit is designed for busy, high-achieving individuals. Your comprehensive assessment takes 45–60 minutes, and testing — lab visits, scans, and at-home collections — typically totals 2–4 hours, completed within a focused window rather than spread across the year. The virtual format eliminates any commute.
For clients who continue with ongoing stewardship, consultation length and frequency are arranged individually as part of that engagement.
The virtual-first model is specifically designed for individuals with complex travel schedules or multiple residences. Consultations can be conducted from anywhere you have secure internet access. Testing can be coordinated in multiple locations through national lab networks and imaging centers. Some at-home test kits can be shipped to wherever you're staying.
Many of our clients split time between multiple states or travel internationally—the program adapts to your lifestyle.
Yes. If appropriate, we coordinate with your primary care physician, specialists, or other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. With your permission, we can share relevant test results, protocols, and recommendations.
Many clients find this coordination valuable—we act as the "Chief Longevity Architect" for your longevity strategy while respecting the roles of your other providers.
The audit itself isn't a long-term protocol — it's a single, comprehensive diagnostic engagement that produces your 90-day roadmap: a prioritized, sequenced plan of what to act on and in what order.
Results from acting on that roadmap vary by individual, since it's based on your own biology rather than a generic program. Clients who elect ongoing stewardship gain a mechanism for follow-up testing and course correction as they implement the plan.
Yes. Many clients arrange audits for a spouse or adult children alongside their own. Each audit is conducted individually, since the findings are specific to one person's biology — but household members often share environmental factors, diet, and lifestyle, so optimizing together can be especially valuable.
For families pursuing ongoing stewardship, billing across multiple members is arranged individually as part of that engagement.
About Dr. Banerjee
After years in traditional gastroenterology, I started noticing a recurrent pattern in my patients. In conventional medicine we only intervene after disease had developed. I realized that by the time someone has metabolic syndrome, autoimmune disease, or cognitive decline, we've missed years of opportunity to intervene.
The research is clear: gut health is central to biological aging. But most longevity programs ignore it, and most gastroenterologists focus only on disease treatment.
I created this practice to bridge that gap—offering proactive, evidence-based gut-focused optimization for individuals who want to extend their healthspan, not just treat disease after it appears.
I deliberately maintain a highly selective practice, working with only a small number of clients at any given time. This allows for exceptional personalization, responsiveness, and careful attention to every client's plan — standards that true longevity optimization demands. My focus is not scale, but delivering meaningful, lasting results for individuals deeply committed to long-term health and performance.
